As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while processing accounts and incoming payments
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verification, classification, computation, posting, and recording of accounts receivable data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits accurately
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and complete payment postings
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues raised by clients
- Facilitate timely payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and maintaining regular communication with clients
- Generate comprehensive financial statements and reports that provide a clear view of accounts receivable status
