ONIVERSE is a renowned fashion retail company specializing in underwear, beachwear, and hosiery, founded in Italy in 1986. We have grown into a global network with over 5,300 stores in 56 countries, operating in the UK under the brands Calzedonia, Intimissimi, and IUMAN/Intimissimi Uomo.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join as a full-time Sales Assistant at our Calzedonia store located in Westfield White City, London.
Role Overview:
The Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a positive team environment, requiring strong communication skills and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and establish relationships with customers
- Introduce promotions, add-ons, and upcoming events to enhance the shopping experience
- Assist customers with fitting rooms and provide measuring services upon request
- Operate cash registers accurately, explain offers and discounts clearly, and report discrepancies
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company guidelines
- Monitor store security and report suspicious activities
- Support stock room duties and assist in various store areas as directed by the Store Manager
