We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our company as a Supervisor at one of our CALZEDONIA stores based in London. Role Overview: Reporting to the Store Manager and District Manager, the Supervisor plays a key role in the overall operation and management of the store. This includes maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring full compliance with Calzedonia UK Ltd policies and procedures. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales & Customer Service Set, follow, achieve and exceed the daily and weekly sales targets and lead by example. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Calzedonia products and brand. Provide great customer service. Handle customer complaints and returns. Visual & Store Standards Ensure good performance and cleanliness of the store. Maintain window displays in accordance with Visual Manager guidelines. Ensure neat display of the marketing material and ensure good care of visual materials. Stock Management Oversee stock control and deliveries in the store during Store Manager absence. Collect feedback on collection performance and any stock issues and provide the feedback to Store Manager, District Manager & Visual Manager. People Management Supervise and motivate the team. Ensure the quality of the customer experience delivered by the entire team. Manage rotas and covers in collaboration with the District Manager (in the absence or on request of the Store Manager). Follow up on the administrative HR procedures (in the absence or on request of the Store Manager). Organise, prioritise and delegate tasks to the team. Administration & Finance Maintain accurate accounting of sales and stock movements and report them to the District Manager. Commercial Analysis Check daily/weekly/monthly store KPIs and apply the numbers in practice. Profile: Passion for Fashion: A deep enthusiasm for the fashion industry.
