We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our company as a Store Manager at one of our CALZEDONIA stores based in London. Role Overview: Reporting to the District Manager and Country Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of the store. This includes maintaining the highest standards of customer service and ensuring strict adherence to all Calzedonia UK Ltd policies and procedures. The Store Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the brand’s reputation, driving growth, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Sales & Customer Service: Maximize store turnover by setting and achieving daily and weekly sales targets; demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Calzedonia products and brands; deliver excellent customer service; handle customer returns and complaints. Visual & Store Standards: Implement all visual merchandising guidelines; maintain window displays; ensure proper product presentation; uphold store cleanliness and presentation standards. Stock Management: Manage stock efficiently, optimize stock levels, maintain inventory accuracy, handle product transfers, process deliveries, and keep stockroom organized. People Management: Lead by example, motivate staff, conduct performance appraisals, address disciplinary issues, and develop team members. Administration & Finance: Follow till operations and store security policies; manage staffing schedules; ensure health & safety compliance; complete administrative tasks; report security issues promptly. Commercial Analysis: Monitor store KPIs, understand best-selling products, hold staff meetings to review performance, analyze sales data, and plan promotional activities with relevant teams. Profile: Passion for fashion and enthusiasm for Calzedonia brands. Proven sales and customer service experience. Approachable and confident in engaging with customers.
