Are you obsessed with fashion, digital trends, and eager to kickstart your career in E-commerce? We are a leading Italian fast-fashion brand, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and curious Junior E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic UK team. If you have a massive desire to learn, a passion for retail, and a hands-on attitude, we want you! Don't worry if you don't have years of experience under your belt—if you bring the passion and the drive, we are excited to teach you the rest.

What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day)

  • You will play a key role in keeping our UK online stores fresh, exciting, and performing at their best. Working closely with our E-commerce Manager, Country Managers, and Head Office, your responsibilities will include:
  • Website and Content Management: Help manage and execute our monthly website calendar. You'll keep the site fresh by localising and translating weekly content updates for the UK market.
  • Commercial Insights and Reporting: Learn how to dive into data! You will regularly check weekly/monthly reports to help us understand user behaviour and find ways to improve the shopping experience.
  • Digital Marketing Support: You will directly shadow and assist our Digital Media Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing, supporting them in growing our audience.
  • Retail Synergy: Collaborate with our local brick-and-mortar retail teams to ensure our online and offline worlds match perfectly.
  • Proactive Ideas: Keep an eye on competitors and market trends. We love fresh eyes and new ideas—if you see something we can improve, we want to hear it!

Who You Are

  • A Passionate Learner: You have a genuine interest in fashion, retail, and the digital world. You are driven by results and eager to grow.
  • Organised and Proactive: You are a self-starter who takes responsibility for tasks and loves keeping things structured.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and feel comfortable learning new digital tools.
  • A Great Communicator: Native or near-native English speaker with excellent copywriting skills and an eye for detail.
  • Team Player with a Creative Mind: You enjoy collaboration, but you're also comfortable working independently on tasks.

Note: Previous internship experience or a background in content creation/copywriting is a nice bonus, but your attitude and willingness to learn matter the most!

What We Offer

  • A fast-paced, fun, and supportive international environment.
  • Growth and Omnichannel Exposure: Clear opportunities to develop your career and business acumen within a fast-moving, commercial, and truly omnichannel retail company.
  • The chance to make a tangible impact on a growing global fashion brand.
