We are a leading Italian fast-fashion brand, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and curious Junior E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic UK team. What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)
- You will play a key role in keeping our UK online stores fresh, exciting, and performing at their best.
- Working closely with our E-commerce Manager, Country Managers, and Head Office, your responsibilities will include:
- Website and Content Management: Help manage and execute our monthly website calendar. You’ll keep the site fresh by localising and translating weekly content updates for the UK market.
- Commercial Insights and Reporting: Learn how to dive into data! You will regularly check weekly/monthly reports to help us understand user behaviour and find ways to improve the shopping experience.
- Digital Marketing Support: You will directly shadow and assist our Digital Media Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing, supporting them in growing our audience.
- Retail Synergy: Collaborate with our local brick-and-mortar retail teams to ensure our online and offline worlds match perfectly.
- Proactive Ideas: Keep an eye on competitors and market trends. We love fresh eyes and new ideas—if you see something we can improve, we want to hear it!
Who You Are
- A Passionate Learner: You have a genuine interest in fashion, retail, and the digital world. You are driven by results and eager to grow.
- Organised and Proactive: You are a self-starter who takes responsibility for tasks and loves keeping things structured.
- Tech-Savvy: You have a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and feel comfortable learning new digital tools.
- A Great Communicator: Native or near-native English speaker with excellent copywriting skills and an eye for detail.
- Team Player with a Creative Mind: You enjoy collaboration, but you’re also comfortable working independently on tasks.
