Calyptus[Web3] is a leading Web3 recruitment agency that works with the most recognizable companies in the space including Circle, Chainlink, Aave & 100+ others. Since 2022, we have been placing exceptional talent at VC-backed startups and we're looking for a recruiter who already knows this world extremely well. There’s a big opportunity to be leading the whole division if this person impresses.

What you'll do:

  • Run active searches end to end, from sourcing through to close.
  • Source through our database of existing candidates, your own network, and the channels that actually work in Web3.
  • Speak to candidates daily - qualify, build relationships, manage them through process, and close.
  • Sell the opportunity honestly and well, getting strong people genuinely excited about the right roles.
  • Pick up business development as you go: spotting and opening client conversations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven Web3 recruiting experience. You know the companies, the roles, and how this market hires.
  • A strong closer with a track record.
  • Senior enough to run a desk without hand-holding.
  • A sharp communicator candidates (and Clients) trust and want to talk to.
  • Genuinely curious about the space, not just here for the buzzwords.
  • Proof of leadership/management and mentorship skills.
  • Highly autonomous, responsible and can be trusted to own their work remotely.

What you get:

  • A genuinely strong, uncapped commission structure - your billings drive your earnings.
  • Equity.
  • Fully remote, but up for coming into London a couple of times a month (option to work from an office much more if that’s what you want).
  • A clear path to significant growth and ownership (equity & title).
