You'll work within a small product function reporting to the Co-Founder & CPO, and be superbly supported by a simply brilliant team of designers and developers. Day-to-day you'll be responsible for:
- Leading Discovery & User Research
- Design and run structured customer research to ensure the right products are built in the right order.
- Synthesize insights from user interviews, usage metrics, and the commercial team to shape product direction and priorities.
- Delivering Features
- Manage the build process from concept through post-release testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers and designers to bring features to life.
- Ensure rapid release cycles while maximising customer value and maintaining product quality.
- Reducing Time-to-Value
- Help new users experience our value as quickly as possible with minimal training.
- Partner with Customer Success to drive full platform adoption.
- Monitoring & Increasing Impact
- Measure the value generated across different customer types.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer impact and business value.
