We are looking for a strategic and highly hands-on Marketing Lead to help shape Unravel’s B2B marketing activities. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer and working closely with the founders, Product and wider leadership team, you will define how our organization shows up in the market and translate our product, customer impact and category vision into compelling campaigns, content and commercial materials.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. You will have the freedom to test new ideas, establish the right marketing operating rhythm and determine where internal capability, agencies and specialist support can create the greatest impact.
The role may have the possibility to begin as a fractional or contract engagement, with the potential to grow into a permanent position.
What you will own
1.Marketing strategy and measurement
- Build a practical marketing roadmap aligned with our growth priorities.
- Establish meaningful metrics across brand, content, events, partner marketing and commercial contribution.
- Track performance, identify lessons and continuously refine the marketing mix.
2. Partner and customer marketing
- Act as the marketing point of contact in selected enterprise partner conversations.
- Advise partners on launch strategy, customer communication, placement, content and merchandising.
- Help shape best-practice customer journeys designed to improve discovery, engagement, conversion and partnership performance.
- Build repeatable partner-marketing playbooks that can be adapted across markets and verticals.
3. Content and social media
- Develop and manage an integrated editorial and social media calendar.
- Own our company’s selected social channels for company profiling and coordinate content across relevant leadership profiles.
- Create and repurpose content including posts, articles, case studies, videos, partner stories and campaign assets.
- Test new formats and distribution approaches, measuring what drives meaningful reach, engagement and commercial interest.
4. Events, sponsorships and market activation
- Evaluate relevant conferences, industry events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities against our commercial priorities.
- Develop activation plans that go beyond attendance and create visibility, content, relationships and qualified pipeline.
- Coordinate event messaging, meeting programs, supporting collateral and follow-up campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for us to establish a stronger voice within travel technology, financial services and adjacent categories.
5. Sales enablement and collateral
- Partner closely with the commercial team to strengthen sales and marketing materials.
- Own the development and maintenance of company presentations, vertical propositions, case studies, one-pagers and other GTM assets.
- Ensure collateral is commercially sharp, visually compelling and tailored to relevant enterprise audiences.
- Leverage our vast library of content for curation and maximizing performance across multiple outlets where our content is published
- Help turn individual partner work into reusable narratives and market-facing proof points.
6. Website and agency management
- Oversee the ongoing evolution and optimisation of our website.
- Manage relationships with brand, creative, content and digital agencies as required.
- Develop clear briefs, manage delivery and ensure external partners remain aligned with Unravel’s strategy and standards.
- Recommend the tools, processes and external resources needed to scale the marketing function effectively.
What we are looking for
- Significant experience in B2B marketing, ideally within enterprise technology, travel, fintech, loyalty, SaaS or digital commerce.
- A builder mentality: comfortable moving between strategy, creative thinking and hands‑on execution.
- Strong understanding of how marketing supports complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic partnerships.
- Experience developing compelling positioning, content and sales‑enablement materials for senior decision-makers.
- Confidence working directly with clients and advising on customer‑facing campaigns or digital experiences.
- Experience evaluating and activating events, sponsorships or field‑marketing opportunities.
- Strong editorial judgement and an instinct for content that is credible, distinctive and relevant.
- Ability to manage agencies and freelancers while maintaining a high quality bar.
- Commercial awareness, intellectual curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, international and highly collaborative environment.
Particularly valuable
- Experience marketing to airlines, banks, payment networks, loyalty programs or enterprise travel organisations.
- Familiarity with partner marketing, customer marketing or embedded‑commerce propositions.
- Experience establishing early‑stage or scale‑up initiatives.
- A strong understanding of AI‑enabled workflows and how AI can improve marketing quality, speed and leverage.
- Existing networks across travel technology, financial services or related enterprise ecosystems.
