- Track performance, analyze results, and constantly optimize for speed, efficiency, and impact.
- Represent us within the EU fintech ecosystem, leveraging networks to drive visibility and strategic collaboration.
What the Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with leadership, partners, and EU stakeholders.
- 5+ years in business development, finance, sales, or strategy roles within fintech, payments, or tech-driven startups.
- Deep understanding of EU payment rails, cross-border compliance, and market dynamics.
- Experience leading market expansion and growth initiatives across multiple EU countries.
- A strong network in the EU fintech ecosystem and proven ability to build high-value partnerships.
- A bias toward action: data-driven, scrappy, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a high-growth environment.
