About THE ROLE
Our stores are the heart of our business. They serve as the main touchpoints with our customers. As retail evolves, our stores must set the tone for what our brands represent. Regardless of where our customers choose to purchase, our stores are a window to our brands. We aim to provide a first-class experience and uphold high standards in-store. We seek individuals who embody our values, are passionate about service, and adaptable to change. The Sales Associate plays a key role in maintaining these standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Acting as the first point of contact for discounts and customer queries
- Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge as a brand ambassador
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
- Assisting customers with outfit building and product recommendations
- Assessing customer needs and providing product information
- Driving store KPIs and suggesting improvements
- Maintaining shop and stockroom presentation and organization

You connect well with consumers and have experience in hospitality or retail. You are an effective communicator, collaborative, and inspiring. You recognize and celebrate team contributions. You adapt quickly, act with purpose, and take ownership to find in-store solutions.
