About THE ROLE

Our stores are the heart of our business. They serve as the main touchpoints with our ever-evolving customer base. As retail continues to evolve, we believe that our stores must set the tone for what our brands represent. Regardless of where our customers make a purchase, our stores are a window into our brands. Therefore, our locations are crucial, and delivering a first-class experience is essential. We seek individuals who embody our values, are passionate about customer service, and adaptable to change. The Sales Associate plays a vital role in maintaining these standards.

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
• Being a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
• Outfit building for customers and making product recommendations
• Assessing customer needs and providing product information
• Driving store KPIs and suggesting improvements
• Maintaining shop and stockroom presentation and organization

About YOU

You have previous experience in hospitality or retail, connecting well with consumers. You are an effective communicator, collaborative, trustworthy, adaptable, purposeful, and proactive in making in-store decisions.
