Help Desk Service Controller We currently have a vacancy for an Help Desk Service Controller based in our Belfast premises.

Job Duties Working in a dynamic department and key to the smooth running of the company, the successful applicant will be involved in a variety of day to day activities within the service department.

The role involves receiving customer support requests, despatching calls to our team of field based engineers and related administrative work.

Requirements An all-round lovely person with a great sense of humour A background in customer service Enjoys working in a communicative and collaborative environment Good organisation skills Excellent IT literacy Qualification/Experience Previous experience of a similar role would be preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Good numeracy and literary skills, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) are essential.
