About the role
Calvary is seeking compassionate and adaptable Enrolled Nurses to join our Travel Workforce Program supporting Residential Aged Care services, primarily across Victoria such as Colac, Lakes Entrance, Mirboo and Newborough. Additional interstate opportunities may also be available across NSW, TAS, SA, ACT and NT. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of aged care homes while developing your clinical skills, meeting new teams, and experiencing different communities throughout the state. The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate care in a patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Competency in clinical assessment, consultation, liaison and care provision along a continuum of care.
- A strong commitment to customer service and risk management.
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Assist with medication administration and clinical documentation within scope of practice.
- Contribute positively to resident wellbeing and quality of life.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Full Australian working rights
- Previous aged care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and work away from home
- A genuine passion for caring for older Australians
- COVID-19 vaccination compliance, unless medically exempt
