Due to continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit a full-time HVAC Mechanical Estimator to join our team.
The role will involve preparing competitive tenders and cost plans for a wide range of commercial mechanical building services projects, working closely with suppliers, clients, and our internal delivery teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC/mechanical estimating
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services
- The ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and commercially aware approach
The position will be a hybrid role, offering a mixture of office and remote working flexibility.
Salary negotiable depending on experience (DOE).
