Are you highly organised, compassionate and motivated by making a difference to the lives of young people? If so, we could have just the job for you!

We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Administrator to join our dedicated Inclusion Team. This is a rewarding and varied role providing high-quality administrative support to the Senior Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion and colleagues who work closely with some of our most vulnerable students.

As part of our friendly and supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of Inclusion services across the school. You will coordinate meetings with parents and external agencies, maintain accurate student records, support SEND admissions and transitions, organise parent events, and act as a first point of contact for visitors, students and stakeholders. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.

The successful candidate will be an excellent administrator with strong communication and IT skills. You will be able to prioritise competing demands, build positive working relationships with staff, students, parents and external professionals, and remain calm and effective in a busy environment. Previous administrative experience is essential and experience within a school or educational setting would be advantageous.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our inclusive ethos and support the coordination of provision for students with Special Educational Needs and other additional needs. You will work closely with a wide range of professionals and agencies, helping to ensure that students receive the support they need to thrive both academically and personally.

Caludon Castle has a great deal to be proud of. We are a, high-performing school with excellent premises. Our quality IT infrastructure, fantastic sports facilities and dedicated specialist areas enable us to provide exceptional learning environments. This means both our students and staff are motivated to work and are excited by the opportunities available to them.

We offer a range of benefits which includes cycle to work, access to the on-site gym and swimming pool, free parking, an employee discount scheme and a commitment to staff wellbeing and recognition initiatives through our wellbeing committee and people strategy.
