Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated part-time Pharmacy Technician Lead Instructor to join our team. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce! Weekday morning schedules are available. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 9am-1pm.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Instructing students in all aspects of the Pharmacy Technician Field.
- Reporting and recording student performance and progress.
- Preparing students in 182 hours of class time, to go on to a 120-hour externship in a retail or hospital Pharmacy.
- Assisting students to develop an understanding of values, attitudes, and ideas appropriate to the health care profession.
- Providing a professional role model for students.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician.
- 3 years of experience in the Pharmacy field.
- Teaching and/or supervisory experience desirable.
- Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately.
- Efficient with computers and technology.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Must understand all Pharmacy related medical math concepts and be able to teach them to class.
