What you'll be doing: In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm welcome and professional support. Key duties include:
- Answering phones
- Managing appointments
- Handling enquiries
- Providing general administrative assistance
Alongside this, you will be providing key administrative support to Sales Managers, including:
- Processing sales orders
- Keeping records accurate and up to date
- Producing reports on sales opportunities, order intake, and revenue
