We are looking for an experienced
Regional HR Manager – Corporate to join our HR team and provide trusted, commercially focused HR leadership across the business.
This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with senior leaders and managers, using your HR expertise to help drive business performance, develop leadership capability and create an engaging and high-performing employee experience.
You will take ownership of the operational HR agenda across your region, providing expert advice across the full employee lifecycle while working closely with our Centres of Excellence (Co Es), including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Be a Trusted HR Partner
- Partner with senior leaders and managers, providing credible, commercially focused HR advice and challenge.
- Coach and develop leaders to strengthen people management capability and improve team performance.
- Provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development, employee relations and offboarding.
- Build strong relationships across the business and become a trusted point of contact for people-related matters.
- Shape Our Talent and People Agenda
- Lead the regional talent agenda, supporting succession planning, career development, engagement and the identification of high-potential colleagues.
- Work with managers to develop meaningful development plans aligned to business priorities.
- Partner with our Talent Management and L&D teams to identify regional capability needs and deliver initiatives that make a real difference.
- Support the continued development of a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Lead Through Change
- Play a key role in delivering people-focused change programmes, including organisational change, restructures, mergers, acquisitions and TUPE transfers.
- Assess organisational readiness, identify people-related risks and provide practical solutions to support successful implementation.
- Engage and influence stakeholders throughout change, ensuring colleagues and leaders are kept informed and supported.
- Use lessons learned and post-change reviews to continually improve how we deliver change.
- Champion Great HR Practice
- Provide expert advice and oversight on complex employee relations matters, balancing business needs, colleague experience and legal compliance.
- Coach managers and HR colleagues to manage employee relations matters consistently, confidently and professionally.
- Champion HR policies, governance, compliance and our approach to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
- Proactively identify people risks and work with leaders to address issues before they escalate.
- Use Insight to Influence Decisions
- Use HR data, metrics and business trends to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
- Turn data and insight into practical recommendations that help leaders make better people decisions.
- Tailor HR interventions to meet business needs while maintaining consistency with our wider HR strategy.
- Work as One HR Team
- Build strong partnerships with our Centres of Excellence and wider HR teams, ensuring a joined-up and consistent approach to HR delivery.
- Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and L&D to deliver effective people solutions.
- Take accountability for regional outcomes while making the most of the expertise available across the wider HR function.
- Help create a culture where our HR teams are connected, collaborative and focused on delivering great outcomes for the business and our colleagues.
- What You'll Bring
We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can combine strong operational HR expertise with commercial thinking, confidence and excellent stakeholder management skills .
You'll ideally bring
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant experience across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, engagement and development.
- Experience operating at HR leadership level, ideally within a multi-site or regional environment.
- Strong experience of coaching, mentoring and developing managers and leaders.
- A proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, governance and compliance.
- Experience of leading or supporting organisational change and people-focused projects.
- The ability to interpret HR data and use insight to inform recommendations and decision-making.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work at pace.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to look beyond the immediate issue and consider the wider impact on the business.
- Personal credibility and the confidence to build trusted relationships while constructively challenging when needed.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality HR service.
