We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Advisor to support and collaborate closely with the Regional HR Manager across all central functions, commercial teams, and the wider business. Reporting into a Regional HR Manager, you will be entrusted with a broad range of responsibilities that will challenge and inspire you daily. Your key focus will be to provide expert guidance and support to both colleagues and management on various HR matters, including performance management and employee relations. Handling sensitive colleague issues with empathy and confidentiality will be at the core of your role, mediating conflicts and resolving grievances with a diplomatic approach.
In an evolving role, you will continuously monitor HR metrics and data to provide valuable insights to leadership, fostering a data-driven approach to HR decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications- Professional accreditation desirable (CIPD or equivalent) with associated operational experience across the full employee lifecycle: ER, Recruitment and development, Engagement
- Experience in communicating effectively at all levels, including management across the business.
- Strong influencing and decision-making skills, to be exercised throughout all levels of the Calor business, and externally, enabling stakeholders to generate performance and optimised decision making
- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- Is personally credible - HR professional with leadership behaviours that develop respect and trust in decision making
- Practical experience of providing HR analysis and support to stakeholders, enabling them to manage performance and to optimise decision making
- Experience of mentoring and coaching
- A passion for continuous improvement and self-development
