This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role shaping how our logistics processes evolve as part of our wider digital and ERP transformation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to influence strategy, drive simplification, and help design the future of how we operate. What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with the Head of Business Process Excellence to shape the ERP and digital roadmap
  • Creating and owning a cross-functional process roadmap aligned to business strategy
  • Acting as the key link between business and technology, ensuring priorities are clear and delivered
  • Leading process design, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting transformation programmes by gathering requirements and driving best-practice solutions
  • Managing and developing Business Process Analysts
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and a champion for change
  • Driving governance, performance metrics, and process standardisation across the business
