We’re looking for an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to play a key role in delivering high-quality communications that connect colleagues to our business, culture, and priorities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining editorial expertise, digital communications, creative design, and event delivery to make a real impact across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the production of our bi-monthly in-house magazine from concept to distribution
- Creating engaging written, digital, and multimedia content across multiple internal channels
- Managing and enhancing SharePoint and Viva Engage content and employee engagement
- Designing high-quality creative assets and producing internal video content using Adobe Creative Suite
- Supporting and delivering company town halls, engagement campaigns, and internal events
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to bring stories, updates, and initiatives to life
Working within our established communications strategy and calendar, you’ll have the autonomy to shape how content is delivered while ensuring communications remain engaging, consistent, and aligned to business priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong internal or corporate communications experience
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong experience managing internal communication channels and campaigns
- Advanced Microsoft 365 and SharePoint skills
- Creative design and multimedia production experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience supporting large-scale internal events and town halls
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail
- A passion for continuous improvement and keeping up to date with communications best practice and emerging tools
Desirable
- Professional qualifications or training in communications, media, digital, or creative disciplines
