We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Business Process Lead to join our Business Process Excellence team on a 12-month secondment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving how things work, influencing change and working across multiple business areas. You’ll play a key role in supporting continuous improvement activity while helping to shape the future direction of our ERP and business processes.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, IT and transformation teams, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to strategic planning, process simplification, SAP-related initiatives and change leadership.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and support business process improvement initiatives across your assigned areas.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, prioritise and deliver improvements that enhance service, efficiency and control.
  • Maintain and improve process documentation, policies and procedures.
  • Help create a clear cross-functional roadmap for continuous improvement activity.
  • Partner with IT, AMS and business teams to identify opportunities for process simplification and system enhancement.
  • Use data and insight to measure process performance and demonstrate the impact of improvements.
  • Support governance, risk and control activities in collaboration with Data Governance, Reporting and Internal Audit teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, helping to embed new ways of working.
  • Provide line management and support to the Business Process Analyst.
