Basic Salary: £45,499 PA

Location: Fawley (On-Site Workshop)

Shift Pattern (rotation): This can vary on winter period

  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 0600-1500
  • Back Shift: Monday to Friday, 1430-2330
  • Overtime - Saturday Mornings: 0600 – 1200
  • On-Call Rota: 1 in 4 weeks (Additional payment for on call)

£5,000 Sign-On Bonus after successful completion of 3 month settling in period.

First-Year OTE of circa £57,871 combining base salary, expected overtime, annual bonus, and sign-on bonus.

Annual Bonus (£2,000) recognising ongoing personal and team contribution to fleet safety and operation.

Expected Overtime Earnings (£7,000) with potential to be higher than this (dependent on business need).

Industry-Leading Training from LPG to IRTEC to gaining your HGV license.
