Looking for a role where organisation, problem-solving, and customer service come together? As a Scheduler/Planner, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly—helping customers when they need it most and ensuring our field teams are in the right place at the right time. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Rotating Shift Pattern: 7:30am - 4:00pm, 8:30am - 5:00pm
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning and scheduling work for engineers, ensuring appointments are arranged efficiently
- Creating and managing work orders, including labour, materials, and purchase orders
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure parts and equipment are delivered on time
- Handling customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
- Managing cancellations and rebooking appointments quickly and effectively
- Updating systems (CRM/ERP) with accurate, up-to-date information
- Supporting the completion and closure of jobs
- Working closely with internal teams, depots, engineers, and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with safety, GDPR, and company procedures
