- Ensure the day's plan runs efficiently while meeting customer expectations and acting as the critical link between customer service and distribution teams.
- Monitor and adjust live distribution plans to address disruptions while maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customer services, schedulers and distribution teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues quickly.
- Provide updates on customer runouts, vehicle breakdowns or unforeseen changes to senior management.
