Our Engineering Graduate programme is designed to provide you with the best opportunity to learn and grow within our business.
Our two-year programme is structured to provide you with two rotations across our Operational and Commercial functions. These rotations will provide you with unique insight to our business while supporting you in your professional development journey and lead you to a permanent role within our organisation.
In addition to a suite of development programmes to support your learning journey, our programme features a range of supports to assist you in your transition from student to professional.
All successful candidates will assist with achieving Calor’s targets from the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) under the Energy efficiency obligation scheme (EEOS).
Business Function – 1 year in Operations. 1 year in Commercial.
· Candidates must have completed their engineering degree.
· Good understanding of engineering principles.
· Strong Communication skills.
· Can do attitude.
· The ability to work on solo projects and as part of a team.
· Agile thinker.
· Must be able to travel Calor sites when required.
· Experience with AutoCAD/Office/Project.
· Own a full UK/EU driving license.
