About the Role:
We’re looking for a customer-focused Internal Sales Agent to be a key part of our energetic sales team. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll be the friendly and professional voice of the Calor brand, answering queries, resolving issues, and supporting both domestic and commercial sales.
This is an exciting role that combines customer service, sales, and administrative support — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Sales Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Support marketing campaigns and follow up on sales leads
- Manage appointments and help streamline the Sales Force’s schedule
- Respond to customer emails and maintain accurate CRM records
- Conduct follow-up surveys and support post-appointment engagement
- Promote Calor products and services confidently
- Provide energy-saving advice to customers
Administrative Tasks
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage data and communication
- Ensure efficient handling of customer enquiries for both bulk and cylinder LPG
- Add and update prospect data in the CRM system
- Handle urgent messages and requests efficiently
