You’ll play a key role in supporting our sites across the South East and outskirts of London, providing professional HR advice, coaching managers, and partnering closely with leaders to deliver practical, people-driven solutions that make a real impact. This is a regional role that combines operational delivery with strategic influence. You’ll spend around two to three days per week visiting sites, with the remainder of your time spent working remotely. A company vehicle will be provided for travel between sites.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advise and coach managers on employment law, company policies and HR best practice.
  • Prepare investigation reports, correspondence, and formal documentation.

  • Escalate complex or high-risk matters to the Regional HR Manager.
  • Maintain accurate employee relations records and documentation.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Law and practical experience handling ER cases end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Confident using HR systems, we use Workday (HRIS), Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • A data-driven and commercially minded approach to problem solving.
