Are you an experienced LGV driver with a passion for coaching others? Do you enjoy the freedom of managing your own schedule and being out on the road, not tied to a desk? If so, this could be the next step in your career.
We\’re looking for a Regional Driver Trainer to support and develop qualified LGV drivers across our South East region. You’ll be at the heart of our transport operations—delivering training, identifying development needs, and ensuring our drivers meet the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
What you’ll be doing:

Deliver a mix of classroom and hands-on training across 21 modules.

Coach and support drivers to uphold safe, compliant, and efficient driving practices.

Identify skill gaps and tailor bespoke training solutions to meet local needs.

Act as a technical expert to Transport Managers and Supervisors across multiple sites.

Assist in driver recruitment, selection, and the mentoring of new drivers and apprentices.

Monitor and audit driver performance and training records to ensure compliance.

Stay up to date with industry regulations and legislative changes.
You’ll have full autonomy to manage your schedule and access to a company vehicle to help you move across the region efficiently.
What we’re looking for:

A qualified LGV driver (minimum CAT C) with a strong track record in training and development.

A confident presenter and communicator with excellent people skills.

Someone who thrives independently, prioritising effectively across multiple locations.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint for training delivery.
