The Opportunity: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Shift Lead to join our team at the Canvey Island Terminal. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate all terminal operations during your shift, leading a team of Terminal Technicians, contractors, and security personnel. Your focus will be on ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the terminal while maintaining high performance standards. Additionally, you will act as the Incident Controller in emergency situations, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
