Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Helper to support our daily inventory operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth stock management by receiving deliveries, issuing stock, maintaining accurate records, and keeping the warehouse organized and efficient.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and expiry checks
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records
- Flag out-of-stock items to the buying team
- Assist with physical movement and organization of stock
- Receive supplier deliveries (both physically and on the system)
- Issue stock to the kitchen team as requested
- Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stock control, or supply chain role
- Familiarity with basic supply chain and inventory procedures
- Comfortable using inventory management systems and basic computer software
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude with a team-player mindset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
