Role Overview
We’re looking for a star Content Creator to join our Marketing team focused on premium, high-production Meta ads that convert at scale. This is not UGC or organic-first. Cross-over only where it drives paid performance. Proven Meta results required.
What You’ll Do
- Produce high-end static and video ads for Meta, built to scale
- Own creative from brief to final delivery, concept, shoot, edit, iterate
- Develop clear hooks, angles and offers aligned to Calo’s premium brand
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, production and iteration
- Analyse performance data and iterate fast on winners
- Research competitors and market trends to identify winning angles
Requirements, Non-negotiable
- Proven experience creating Meta ads that convert at scale
- Portfolio required with examples and performance context
- Strong background in premium, brand-led paid content
- Deep understanding of direct-response fundamentals
- Comfortable producing both static and video
- Able to work closely with performance marketing teams
