Role Overview: To portion meals for our customers using our technology – ensuring all meals are ready and packaged to be dispatched on time for the deliveries, while adhering to high standards of hygiene, quality & consistency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Portioning the components for every meal for every specific customer on time before deliveries go out
- Communicating with the drivers & Customer Experience team to ensure a top-notch customer experience
- Maintaining proper hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Ensuring any last‑minute changes are carried out with our high standards
Ideal Candidate Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have at least 1+ year of dispatching experience in the food industry, preferably in fast food
- Holds very high standards in hygiene practices in a kitchen facility
- Must be a proficient communicator in English
- Has good communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety is a plus
- Must be currently based in the UK
- Able to commute to NW10 7PR
