Love sport, people and creating amazing community spaces? We are looking for a Sports & Leisure Facilities Manager to lead the action at Beversbrook!
You’ll run our sports pitches, venue and leisure programmes — making sure everything is safe, top‑quality and buzzing with activity. From strategic planning to leading the team on the ground, this is your chance to shape the future of sport in Calne.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee all sports & leisure operations
- Lead and support the team
- Manage budgets, schedules & facility use
- Keep pitches, venues and grounds in top form
- Deliver new projects and grow income
- Ensure health & safety across all services
- Build partnerships with clubs & community groups
Who you are:
A confident organiser and team leader who loves sport, community wellbeing and running brilliant facilities that people enjoy.
The Essentials:
- Hours: 37 per week (site‑based) working 5 days from 7 on a 3 week rota to meet the needs of the business
- Contract: permanent
- Flexibility: Some evenings & weekends on rota basis and events and attendance at Council meetings.
