Are you passionate about creating a fun, safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Before & After School Club Supervisor to join the CALMS team at Leyland Methodist Schools. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced childcare professional to help lead a vibrant wraparound care provision for children aged 4-11 years.
Working alongside the Club Manager and school leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering engaging activities, supporting staff, and ensuring children receive high-quality care in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
As Club Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and support a team of club assistants
- Plan and deliver creative, stimulating activities for children
- Support children from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities
- Assist with staff development, training and recruitment
- Support day-to-day administration and booking systems
- Promote positive behaviour and uphold club policies
Requirements:
- Has experience working with children aged 4-11
- Holds a relevant childcare qualification (NVQ Level 3, NNEB or equivalent)
- Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- A current Paediatric First Aid qualification and knowledge of OFSTED requirements would be advantageous.
