We’re looking for a highly organised and people-focused Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly People team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting hiring managers, and helping create a positive experience for candidates from application through to onboarding. What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruitment Support
- Advertising vacancies across job boards and platforms
- Managing applications and keeping our recruitment system up to date
- Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
- Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Candidate Experience
- Acting as the first point of contact for candidates
- Providing updates and ensuring a smooth, professional journey
- Supporting recruitment events where needed
- Pre-Employment Checks
- Carrying out right to work, reference and DBS checks
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are met
- Keeping accurate and confidential records
- Onboarding
- Preparing offer letters and contracts
- Supporting new starters through onboarding
- Ensuring all documentation is completed and systems are set up
What We’re Looking For
- Essential
- Previous experience in an HR or recruitment administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Desirable
- Knowledge of safer recruitment practices
- Experience in a care or regulated environment
