We are looking for a caring, reliable, and confident Support Worker to join a small team supporting individuals in their own home in Chelmsford, Essex.
The individuals you will be supporting have learning disabilities and benefit from a consistent team of people who take the time to build trust, understand their needs and preferences, and provide high-quality, person-centred support.
This is a highly rewarding role, offering the opportunity to support several kind, outgoing, and bubbly individuals. Many of the people we support enjoy watching and talking about football, while all enjoy chatting about their day, sharing their experiences, and engaging with those around them.
As a Support Worker with Calm Futures, you will play an important role in helping the people we support live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
- Providing personalised care and support based on individual needs
