Role Description

The Callon Group are a Project Management and Quantity Surveying consultancy practice working on a diverse range of projects across the UK and in Ireland. We are seeking experienced quantity surveyors to join our dynamic team. The roles offer the following benefits for the successful candidates:

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting to manage project budgets effectively
  • Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Planning documentation
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate within a team environment
  • Experience in value management and tendering processes is advantageous
  • Strong proficiency in relevant software and tools used in Quantity Surveying
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Previous experience in Quantity Surveying or a similar role in the construction industry preferred
