Callidus Trade Limited is a leading supplier of off-grid solar and energy systems based in Newton Abbot. Our products are sold through our own e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon. With a focus on quality, customer service, and innovation, we’re looking for a Website Support Coordinator to help us manage and grow our online presence.
Role Summary
We’re seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Website Support Coordinator. You’ll be responsible for uploading new products, maintaining accurate listings, updating prices and images, and ensuring a seamless user experience across our websites. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage new products across platforms such as Shopify, eBay, and Amazon.
- Maintain and update product prices, descriptions, and stock levels.
- Ensure high-quality images and accurate technical information are displayed.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including blog posts or product guides.
- Perform basic image editing for website and marketing use.
- Assist with web-based customer queries or site-related issues.
- Collaborate with our technical, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure consistency between online and physical operations.
- Support wider admin tasks as required.
Requirements
- Experience in website maintenance, e-commerce, or digital content management.
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, eBay, Amazon Seller Central, or WooCommerce.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of SEO and how to write for the web.
- Good computer literacy (Excel, Word, email, cloud systems).
