About The Role
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be required to consistently ensure Callen-Lenz is a clean and pleasant environment for colleagues and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Ensure floors are cleaned regularly.
- Ensure meeting spaces are tidy with worktops and desks are clean.
- Remove litter and empty shared bins regularly.
- Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned daily and toilet rolls, soaps are readily available.
- Ensure all kitchen spaces are cleaned daily and where required all cutlery and mugs are cleaned and put away.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are regularly required and ordered where needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Create and promote a safe working environment consistent with all applicable company and legislative requirements (e.g. COSHH, HASAW, HSE).
- Direct the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by eliminating hazards, training employees, and promoting safety awareness.
- Health & Safety Coordination – regulations, communications, walk-rounds and actions.
About You
- Experience within a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage priorities.
- Enthusiasm for their work and self-motivated.
- Must be a British Citizen or have an existing right to work in the UK.
- Ability to hold Security Clearance – 5 years residence in the UK.
