As part of our next phase of growth, we\’re expanding our internal software house to build the next generation of AI-driven telephony and contact centre products.

The Role:

We are seeking a Lead Developer (AI & VoIP) to head up our 15-strong software development team. You will oversee the design, build, and optimisation of software and services that integrate directly with our in-house developed telephony platform, enabling automation, analytics, and intelligent call management across our network.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where innovation, reliability, and scalability are critical.
