We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our operations team. This role is critical to maintaining the smooth flow of orders across the business — targeting first time on time and in full delivery. The Sales Operations Analyst will support the end-to-end order pipeline, triage operational queries between Customer Service, Sales and our Logistics and Distribution Centre teams. With a strong emphasis on stakeholder coordination, and process accuracy, this role ensures our operations run efficiently, reliably, and in alignment with commercial goals. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and manage the order pipeline, ensuring timely allocation, fulfilment in full and on time, along with resolution of exceptions.
- Manage bookings and collections with customers and 3PLs.
- Ensure accurate setup of Value-Added Services (VAS) per customer requirements.
- Process and oversee EDI customer orders, identifying and resolving errors and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure data integrity and timelines achieved.
- Monitor and report on order delays, providing root cause analysis and escalation where necessary to support timely resolution.
- Act as a key liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics operations, and EMB teams to triage queries to maintain efficient order flow and maximize revenue.
- Build strong working relationships with DC operations and inbound logistics to proactively manage fulfilment performance and issue resolution.
- Contribute to UAT and QA activities as part of warehouse move project.
- Maintain and distribute operational reporting dashboards, highlighting trends across order management and fulfilment.
- Identify recurring issues through reporting analysis.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e. Word, Outlook, Powerpoint etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience SAP is essential (SAP S/4 preferred).
- A customer-first mindset with confidence handling orders and queries.
- Clear and professional communication, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Approximately 2 years’ experience in retail, logistics or operations, with proven ability to work confidently in systems and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
- Experience with process documentation, UAT, or training coordination is a plus.
- Prior experience in a retail or wholesale apparel/footwear environment is highly desirable.
