Callaway Golf Europe is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Fixed Term Demand & Supply Planner, supporting our EMEA operations.

Work Arrangement: This position offers a flexible working environment, with a mix of home-based work and office days at our Chessington head office (minimum 3 days per week), in alignment with the team.

The Demand & Supply Planner will join us on a full time, fixed term basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £45,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

About the Role

As the Demand & Supply Planner, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining SKU-level demand forecasts across the EMEA region. You will support the monthly sales planning and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with product life cycle and seasonal strategies. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Revenue Planning teams, you will gather insights to produce accurate forecasts and optimise inventory levels. You will also be responsible for monitoring supply chain performance, supporting S&OP processes, and ensuring that supply plans meet business and customer requirements. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while continuously improving forecasting accuracy and planning processes.

About You

The Demand & Supply Planner will bring strong analytical, planning, and communication skills, with demonstrable experience in demand and supply planning or forecasting. You will be confident working with large datasets, building SKU-level forecasts, and collaborating across departments to drive consensus planning. A proactive approach, strong ownership, and the ability to influence stakeholders are essential. You must also have experience analysing trends, supporting inventory management, improving forecasting accuracy, and contributing to S&OP processes, ideally within a fast-paced or high SKU-count environment.

Essential:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas
  • Demand forecasting and planning principles
  • Data analysis and structured decision making
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management

Desirable:

  • Experience in an FMCG or high SKU count environment
  • Knowledge of SAP/IBP, Business Objects, or Power BI
  • Professional qualifications such as CIPS or CPF
