You will support the monthly sales planning and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with product life cycle and seasonal strategies.Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Revenue Planning teams, you will gather insights to produce accurate forecasts and optimise inventory levels. You will also be responsible for monitoring supply chain performance, supporting S&OP processes, and ensuring that supply plans meet business and customer requirements.This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while continuously improving forecasting accuracy and planning processes.**About You** The **Demand & Supply Planner** will bring strong analytical, planning, and communication skills, with demonstrable experience in demand and supply planning or forecasting.You will be confident working with large datasets, building SKU-level forecasts, and collaborating across departments to drive consensus planning.
