What You'll Do
You will learn the skills required to support the administration of regulated financial advice.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of client meeting packs
- Maintaining and updating client records
- Downloading and printing applications, factsheets, and supporting materials
- Liaising with insurers, fund managers, and other professionals as required
- Preparing and printing mail merges
- E-filing and saving documents to the cloud
- Scanning, printing, and filing documents as required
- Preparing basic letters and correspondence
- Scheduling client meetings
- Data entry using internal IT systems
- Preparing report packsHandling general enquiry calls
- Monitoring and ordering stationery
- Assisting Advisers and Administrators with day-to-day tasks
General Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Supporting the business's ongoing growth and administrative requirements
- Logging all calls and emails in the CRM system in line with compliance requirements
- Securely shredding confidential information
- Keeping the office environment tidy and presentable at all times
