Overview

The Team Supervisor, Manufacturing will directly oversee team members within the custom golf club production process, ensuring on-time assembly in line with our global quality standards. Responsible for hands-on supervision and day-to-day coordination of the team’s activities, the Team Supervisor, Manufacturing will work closely with the Team Manager and other team supervisors to support production goals, maintain clear communication, and encourage a positive and engaged team environment. As the Team Supervisor, Manufacturing, you will play a key role in driving safety, quality, and efficiency within the Custom Club Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Supervision & Support: Supervise and support the Custom production assembly team by setting clear expectations, coaching on safety and quality, and promoting a respectful, values-driven environment that empowers team members to take ownership and deliver efficiently.
  • Operational Execution: Supervise daily production in the Custom Club Department, resolving workflow issues, supporting improvement initiatives, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards through clear communication and effective delegation.
  • Communication & Culture: Maintain open communication and collaboration within the team, actively listening and responding to concerns, while promoting company values and fostering a respectful, motivated, and consistent work environment.
  • Training & Performance Support: Provide hands-on coaching to front-line teams on safety, quality, and efficiency, while managing performance reviews, absence, and development plans, fostering team morale and tracking key metrics to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in a team lead or frontline supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and guide and performance manage team members effectively.
  • A collaborative and responsible leadership style with strong communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Experience in custom, high-mix, or precision manufacturing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and communication.
  • Awareness of LEAN principles or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
