Location: Hybrid working model – 3 days per week at our Head Office in Chessington, Surrey

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (DOE) + a fantastic benefits package

About the Role

As Senior People Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across commercial functions to align people strategy with business goals. You’ll lead workforce planning, talent development, organisational design, and employee engagement — while heading up the EMEA centre of excellence for internal communications and compliance.

You’ll manage two direct reports and collaborate with global HR centres of excellence to deliver impactful, scalable initiatives across the region.

About You

You’re a commercially minded HR leader with:

  • Proven experience in multi-country HR business partnering
  • Significant chaneg transformation expreince
  • Expertise in complex ER, workforce planning, and succession
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience leading internal communications and compliance
  • A passion for driving organisational change and culture

Desirable: CIPD Level 7, Workday HRIS experience, solid UK & EU employment law knowledge, and a background in sales-focused or matrixed international environments.
