About the Role
As the Product & Fitting Specialist – Scotland you will bring our premium products to life through expert custom fittings and retailer training across Scotland. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, conducting high calibre fitting events, enhancing product knowledge, and ensuring exceptional customer service that drives brand loyalty and sales.
About You
The Product & Fitting Specialist – Scotland will have a professional and courteous approach with a strong passion for customer service. High-energy and proactive, you will need to be a confident self-starter with excellent presentation and communication skills.
As a team player, you will have proven customer facing and influencing abilities and are adept at handling tasks with attention to detail and strong organisational skills. You will need to be at an intermediate level proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc. with familiarity in Foresight GCQuad being advantageous.
