Work Arrangement: Flexible working environment with a mix of home-based work and office days at our Chessington head office or Swindon Distribution site (minimum 3 days per week) in alignment with the team.

Salary: £28,000.00 per annum (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:

  • Become a strategic partner to key clients, fostering long‑term relationships and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts’ needs, identify growth opportunities and work collaboratively with the team and across departments to develop customised solutions.
  • Focus primarily on the customer while performing administrative tasks such as order entry and returns processing.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and communication skills while multitasking and keeping focus on customer satisfaction and target achievement.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German (speaking, understanding, and writing).
  • Knowledge of the golf industry preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales a plus.
