Callaway Golf Europe has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative. The position offers a flexible working environment with a mix of home‐based work and office days at our Chessington head office (minimum 3 days per week), in alignment with the team.

The Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative will join us on a full‐time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

The main purpose of the Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative is to become a strategic partner to our key clients, fostering long‐term relationships and succeeding (if not exceeding!) sales targets. You will develop a deep understanding of your assigned accounts' needs, identify growth opportunities, and work collaboratively with the team and across departments to develop customised solutions. The role will be primarily focused on the customer but will also include admin tasks aligned to the role (order entry, returns process, etc.). With excellent attention to detail and communication skills, the Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative will have the ability to multitask whilst keeping focus on the customer and achieving targets.

The successful candidate must have knowledge of the golf industry and have the desire to become an expert on Callaway products. If you have proven experience in B2B sales this would be an advantage.
